Although, for the final interview they request for you to do a 3 hr interview where every 30 minutes you speak to a leader on the team. This wouldn’t be so bad if the team had at least gotten back to me on if I had received the role or not. Even after sending a follow up email they did not get back to me at all. If you are going to ask someone to set aside 3 hrs of their day, you should be kind enough to at least send them a generic rejection email.
