I applied online. I interviewed at Red Ventures (San Juan, PR) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process had four different rounds, ranging from case studies to behavioral. Overall, they made sure you were prepared and offered resources and even instructional videos with a mock interview. The recruiter and the staff was very helpful and motivating during the interview process.

Question 1
One question that threw me off guard was the behavioral case in the final to last round. The interviewer invented a "real-world situation" on the spot designed to see what kind of employee/leader I was. The first question she asked was to choose which of two companies I would buy: a start-up or a well established company. From then she went to ask me about how I would handle challenges in my new company.

Interview
The hiring manager said she had to run to another meeting while I was in the middle of asking questions and abruptly ended the call. I was taken back a little bit.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures in Feb 2023
Interview
1 screening call, 1 case interview, 1 mega 5 hour day with multiple cases, 1 interview with an exec Despite going through the entire process and the exec along with a couple during the engage day telling me that he hoped to see me in the office soon at the end of the interview I received no offer with no feedback. This process is entirely too long to be strung along with great feedback in the actual interviews itself just to be denied.
Muy buena, proceso de entrevista largo en el que hablé con distintas personas de diferentes equipos y oficinas. Ultima entrevista la mas larga con mas posibles candidatos considerados para el puesto.
