I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2009
Interview
There were several rounds of interviews, and by the time I made it through the process I met with 10-12 people at the company. They made the interviews unnecessarily difficult by asking various theoretical/technical questions. Be advised that you will be asked to do case questions, math problems, ec. both verbally and on paper pertaining directly to their business. I think they like it if you ask a lot of questions during the process because the questions are rarely phrased in a way in which you will have all of the information you need to solve the problem. Overall, just be positive/energetic, and don't lose your cool because they make the interviews stressful on purpose, and no one feels like they do well in the process.

Interview
Phone screen, take home case study, 4 hours of super day. After the 4 hours of super day that is consist of multiple case studies, I coudln't pass the stage and information was not shared.
Lengthy but informative interview process including 4 main stages. Phone interview, case analyses, and final 30 minute interview with exec. All team members very helpful and transparent about their experiences. Worth the time and process.

I applied online. I interviewed at Red Ventures (San Juan, PR) in May 2020
Interview
the interviewer was very friendly and nice. However, I was not accepted for the job and wasn't given any feedback on what I could do better next time. I asked but apparently, it's against company policy.
