Evaluation Process. 40 Questions - 20 minutes. Runs like an IQ test. This is an intense assessment and you cannot use a calculator or other aid to complete the assessment.

I never got to speak with someone in an interview, instead they asked me to take a timed test which included logic and math problems. I thought this was strange but they insisted they wouldn’t “waste my time” and that it was necessary. The next step was a series of 10-15 questions which required paragraph length answers. I found some of the questions to be inappropriate, such as asking for three sources where I gather my news/political info. I don’t think it’s appropriate to ask about political affiliations in this context so I was a bit put off.
