Conversational and personable. The questions are read off a sheet of paper and notes are taken as you answer. Some questions are situational and others are more straightforward. I was asked about how I’d approach communications if my emails weren’t getting replies, to describe a time I’ve had a disagreement with a coworker, and what experience I’ve had with different communication avenues (social media, email, teams, etc.)
