Red Hat Systems Analyst interview questions

I'm not sure what the hype is about working for this company. They weren’t personable or welcoming or "open" at all in the interview. Some questions bordered on complete ignorance of a woman's experience in corporate IT in terms of inclusion. I was left wondering repeatedly if they even read my resume. Also, none of them dressed professionally for my interview, but I did. No better way to show a lack of respect to the candidate. They gave me canned answers to my questions and HR didn’t respond to anything. I’m not really sure what they mean by open culture if this is how the interviews go.
