I got a call from one of the redhat recruiter and he said there will be 2 technical interview and 1 hr . But after completing 2 technical rounds he said one more technical interview will be there. I have cleared that as well. After that they sent me a take home assessment and specified that it is not to test my coding skills just to test my approach. i have submitted that as well.and the recruiter who called me went out on a vacation. Another recruiter called me to followup and she wanted to schedule one more round of interview. I did well in that interview as well but when i called her to followup on the process she didn't even respond my calls. After 2 days she picked up and told me that the feedback is not positive.

I applied via a referral from a friend who works for Red Hat. Process began with a brief discussion over the phone with the hiring manager, then another phone conversation with some of their engineers. After that, they sent me a test to complete. First part was 12 support case questions, and the second half was 5 programming tasks. They explained that I would have 24 hours to complete it, and scheduled sending it to me once I was ready to begin. The test explained that they were looking for quality over quantity, and to answer as many as I can. I answered 9 of the 12 support questions, and completed 4 of the 5 programming tasks. I heard back after 2 days that I did well, and was given an offer about a week later.
