Gave 3 round of interviews(1 hr each). All got cleared.
Got call from HR, asked about current CTC, expected CTC, negotiable(I said 'No').
Day after, I got an email for congratulations for selection. They asked for "Name to be written on Offer Letter", Pan Card, Current Organisation's offer letter. I shared that.
Day after, I got call from HR that they can only give certain amount of CTC which was not even close to what I asked.
My only question was, why did you take my details such as offer letter and pan card details and told me "I am selected" when you were planning to negotiate. All those documents should be asked after negotiation is completed.
I asked the same question to HR. She said, she will ask senior HR to discuss with me.
Till date 'No Call'. I sent follow up email. 'NO REPLY'
Advice for everyone, dont share documents until you finalise the CTC and have an agreement.
Last words, such a worst experience with TA team was unexpected from such a reputed organisation.
