I applied online and interviewed at Red Hat.
Had an initial phone screening. Then recruiter arranged first round with the hiring manager. After that it was f2f round with five different people varying from sales to enablement divisions. Followed by presentation round to panel of all six interviewers.
All this took 2 weeks, but I never heard anything back after that from recruiter. I tried to reach recruiter but no response.
Ghosting a candidate is the most impolite way to reject anyone. Simple closure email with message of "no offer from Red Hat" is not something expected out of world.

I first had a video screening with the recruiter, followed by 2 rounds of panel interviews (hiring managers + team). They were very clear about the process and how long it was going to take.

Tell us about your background / relevant program management experience
Straightforward. I was contacted by HR regarding the position a week or two after submitting my application. The interview process consisted of 5 steps (HR, direct superior interview, team interview, hypothetical problem/exercise, final team interview) beginning to end and took about 3 weeks total.
