Head hunted first by recruiter, followed by phone screen, then a first interview in person. Passed to the second stage so attended a second interview and panel. There was one other candidate there as well at the same time. The last interview day lasted several hours and included 4 different rooms with different people.

Bem estruturado, bem segmentado. Pessoas com vontade de entender as dificuldades da posição nova, com vontade de entender e de trabalhar nas objeções. "O que te motiva mais: o bônus financeiro no final do mês ou o reconhecimento de ser o primeiro do ranking?"
"Por que você quer sair da sua empresa atual (ou saiu) e o que busca especificamente na nossa oportunidade?"
It was super lengthy process and getting to the final rounds after 6-8 interviews with no offer was disappointing. Good company, great values, need to go through multiple interviews to be considered.

screen and then hiring manager interview; process took a really long time and there was little to know communication from the hiring team. Got ghosted and did not find out about the outcome until I opened the portal a month later.
