It was through a online job portal where I have applied for this position. I got a direct call from their Pune office HR department. It was merely an introduction call and they explained me about process and JD. Later I got a second call after a week stating my Profile has been shortlisted and they want to schedule a telephonic interview with Manager. After a few days I got a confirmation of this interview and attended the same. Immediately after the call they asked me to visit their Bangalore office for Final round of Interview. It was a Sunday afternoon and list of other candidates visited for this drive. After this final interview I got a final call again from their HR department confirming my job at Redhat. Throughout this process they were very helpful, strategic and most importantly professional. All these traits of them give me a hint that I am going to be a part of a special company.
