When I turned in my application I had an interview with the interim store manager that lasted 45 minutes. It was a very basic interview covering my employment history as well as what sparked my interest in working there. All in all the initial interview was very standard for a cafe.
The following week I interviewed with the owner of the company. This interview was tougher, but very informative. In this interview I'd recommend keeping answers concise and allowing him to elaborate on the store, chocolate, and what it is he's looking for in his employees.
