Interview
The hiring process was fairly simple. They had an open position and I knew someone at the company so I got an interview. The interview was fairly informal, but they were very clear about my salary, my responsibilities, and growth opportunities. They started me off on a trial basis, and then slowly gave me more and more responsibilities.
