I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Clay Consulting (New York, NY) in Mar 2024
Interview
Technical and functional questions about OCM. There were some behavioral questions and other past experiences on utilities project experiences. They wanted to know the engagement level with clients and the technical aspects of the job and learning the Meter to Cash process.

What are some of the past experience of implemntations?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Red Clay Consulting (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2025
Interview
I was invited for the interview process at Red Clay in the last week of March for a full-time position. They informed us there would be four rounds:
Screening Round – Basic background and resume questions
BPAT Exam
Case Study Round – Solving a real-world business case
Technical Interview – Discussion mainly about our college projects and technical skills
Each round took around 2 to 3 weeks, and I received the final result by the last week of July. The entire process took nearly 4 months.
My Advice:
Be prepared for a long waiting period and keep following up between rounds. Focus on strong fundamentals, good communication in the case study, and a clear explanation of your college projects for the technical round.

Question 1
To respect the integrity of the process, I won’t reveal exact questions — but I’m happy to share what topics and skills were emphasized in each round.
Screening Round: Questions like Basic Hr/ Screening, mostly to check communication and interest in the company.
BPAT Exam: You’re given a math problem and asked to solve it by writing a simple program commands step-by-step approach.
(Note :You don’t need to focus on solving the math problem fully; just clearly explain the approach to solve it using programming concepts like variables, conditions, and loops — being good at these basics is enough to clear this round easily.)
Case Study Round: Focused on estimation problems (e.g., “Estimate the number of ATMs in USA”) — but the goal wasn’t just the final number. They wanted to see how you structure your thinking, how you explain your assumptions, and whether you think in a practical, business-aware way.
Technical Interview: Based on college projects — they asked about your role, technology used, challenges you faced, and your ability to explain things clearly.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Clay Consulting
Interview
4 stages, first B-APT test, second behavioral interview, third technical interview, and finally a case study. All stages were 1-2 weeks apart. The interviews were easy except for the case study (fermi questions), which is needed to analyze and get profound insights.
But no use whatsoever, because after all rounds of interviews and telling you everything went well so wait for a final decision, there hasn't been a final decision made for more than 3 months now. The HR department says they are still in discussion of finalizing the candidate. One of the worst interview experiences. I do not recommend applying to this company. Do not waste your time and effort, it is not worth it. Even if you do, don't get your expectations high.
