Interview went well, was invited to a second interview days later and was completely ghosted, never getting the second interview or any sort of response. Was really weird after having such a positive response from the first interview.

Question 1
What relatable sales experience do you have, and how would you use it.
Structured but casual. Trying to gain a grasp of your determination, dedication and honesty. Like most interviews.The two person interview makes you feel like you’re being attacked. A one on one interview lets the candidate open up and speak much more freely.

One person panel with question about balance and work ethic. The interviewer will withhold information about salary which makes you believe the salary is bigger than what it is. I recommend that you find another job as soon as you receive an offer
