Pretty straightforward. Looking to see if your personality fits with the team, and how much you like the product and company. One of the other wings team members was there for my interview. I was called back about a week later and my boss and his boss were both present at this interview, along with the wings team captain. I got an offer about a week after that.

Very intensive with several rounds of tasks and interviews, personality test about 100 questions then interviews with your direct manager and regional manager. Not necessarily difficult, just a long process.

Interview
The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
