I applied through a recruiter. The process was fairly quick during the first stages and the communication was good up to the last stage. My last interview was a case study presentation. The hiring manager mentioned she would call everyone regardless of the outcome to show respect for the time we had invested in the interviews. I never received a call or email from her. From a candidate's perspective, that is very poor, after having said you would call each candidate to provide feedback.
