Fun and open-minded people. The process consisted of a case study presentation as well as a group project followed by a one-on-one interview with the recruiters. I found the process to be fun and engaging with many interesting questions.

Interview
Sending the CV through the online platform, then you have to do a personality test, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you do a online video interview, answering three questions, with only a few minutes to prepare.

So far, the interview process has been organized, efficient, and not too difficult
The firs interview consist in a digital interview, that you make all by yourself through a specific app/website. You record yourself answering to the few questions they ask you contextually
