The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Red Bull (Newcastle, England)
Interview
Process started off positive then turned into a farce. Stage 1 actually applying, stage 2 a psychometric questionnaire which was the most bizarre thing I've ever done. Weeks on end to then get a Teams interview, finally another few weeks till I got a final interview 160 miles away. Hid behind Covid as the reasoning but real reason was someone coming back from Maternity taking on the managerial role and wanted included in the final selection process. Just say that!
