First you have to do your Wing finder assessment which takes an hour, then apply for the actual role. If you get through the application process, you have to do a video pre set question interview which takes 10 mins.
I first took the online assessment to test your personality, after that I receive the video interview invitation. Asking questions like what area u would like to display your promotional products? Why?

Hirevue video interview was recorded. They ask around 5 questions and give you 1 minute to think of an answer before recording. You have 3 minutes to give a response.

Tell us about a time where you had to over come a challenge
not too bad, although some tricky questions. Definitely help prepare me for future interviews and they provided some useful feedback. Worth a shot even though I did not get it . Better luck next time.
