Series of 4-6 phone interviews. In person presentations (5-Minute Personal Background + 10-Minute Project). The presentation was presented among a panel of Red Bull representatives along with the other interviewees. After the presentations the panel would dissect your presentation, ask you questions, then open it up to the rest of the candidates to ask questions.
