The interview is a video interview online. they give you 30 seconds to think of a response and then have a maximum of three minutes to answer each question. In addition to the 14 questions that you have to answer. you need to fill out an actual application. you have to stick out to the company, so you need some big past work experiences and at least a cover letter or multiple documents.

I wasn't expected to get questions asking about what sports i have played in my life and what i consider a sport. most difficult question would be to name a community that is hard to market to.

It went well, it was through Hirevue so we were just pretty much talking to the camera. The interview wasn't stressful at all, just brush up on your typical interview questions.

First you have to do the wingfinder, then the HireVue and 1 interview with Hiring Manager + Interview with the Head of the Department. No technical questions just be yourself
