So far I'm in what I believe is stage 3 of the programme. Waiting to be contacted to know if I got through to stage 4 or not.
I applied for the esports graduate position.
The first step was to complete the Red Bull Wingfinder personality and skills assessment. Just a bunch of questions about yourself. I doubt much screening is done at this stage and it serves more as something that you'd use to better identify your own strengths and weaknesses. Very insightful.
Second stage was to complete an online practical assessment. Mine was on managing a ski team, from start to finish of an event. Again, nothing too scary. Also got a test that evaluated my reaction speed, association capabilities and logical/sequential thought. I thought this was very manageable. Didn't prepare much. The sequential/logical part got kind of hard the further I went.
Second part of this stage was a robot interview on camera. They film you and you get presented some questions. You have 30 seconds to read and prepare and after that you have some minutes to answer them. Answer time depends on the question.
Mostly questions about yourself but also some about the brand.
Third stage was a Skype interview with a Red Bull representative of the area I'm applying to, in my case, esports.
Contrary to what I thought, the interview was super fast. I was only asked 3 questions but got to ask a bunch myself. I was asked what I was currently doing at my current job and why I chose Red Bull.
Then I asked about the next steps, how the atmosphere was, etc. Person interviewing me was super nice and amicable.
