Applied online via internal referral. Was emailed by talent acquisition to choose a zoom interview time using an online scheduling tool (very convenient and easy to use!). Interview went well, the hiring manager was very nice and enthusiastic. I was told I would hear next steps within a week but it took about ~2 weeks before learning they would not be hiring anyone for the role at this time. Everyone at Recursion seems to really love the company and culture there, I hope I can get another shot at working there someday! Seems like a great groundbreaking place to be.
