The interview took 2 weeks from the initial call with the recruiter and was very pleasant and straightforward. I had a few calls with the recruiter and then 2 interviews with key members of the team - a colleague, a director and the deputy CEO. The first interview was quite straightforward where they asked about my experience and expertise and was a good chance to find out whether I'd fit in the culture. For the second one, I had to come up with a research strategy for the year and present it to them and then they asked me questions on my rationale.
