The interview process at Recorded Future was efficient, structured, and human-centered. After an initial call with the Talent Acquisition team, I was invited to complete a technical assessment designed to evaluate real-world skills relevant to the role. After completing the assessment, I presented my findings to a panel where I was then invited to the final interview, a 30-minute conversation with a department leader. It felt more like a mutual discussion than a high-pressure evaluation.
Everyone I spoke to was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding the right fit on both sides.
