One day, the hiring manager called me and talked to me for 15 minutes going over my background. He then invited me over at 6 pm and spoke with me until 930 pm. After going over why this company was revolutionary as all companies do, he explained to me that I was expected to work 10-12 hours/day, 6 days/week for minimal pay 50-75k. He claimed eventually as the company grew we'd have houses and 10 girlfriends but there was no written down profit sharing that could actually be valued. It was just an honor code agreement from a stranger.
