I had to pass 2 steps before getting call for interview. First step was to Fill up a form with some questions and personal info in it.After submitting this I got selected for the next step where I had to participate in a test consist of IQ,Logical reasoning, math and case solving.Then I got call for Interview. It was 35-40 minutes long viva which was taken by the regional heads of the company.In the viva,they asked me about *Myself *Why Reckitt *They delivered some scenario related to sales and market and asked my what I would do in that kind of situation.
