It took the company over a month to offer me the internship. After completing three rounds of interviews (with HR, the team, and a case study) I was told they still needed to schedule an interview with the Marketing Director, who was away at the time. Despite a few follow-ups, they confirmed they were waiting for the Director’s availability before proceeding. About a month later, I finally had the interview with the Marketing Director, and shortly afterward, I received the offer.
