After applying for the role, I was contacted by an HR Specialist who provided details about the position and asked about my availability for an interview.
The first-round interview took place in person at the corporate office in Ottawa, Canada, with the Finance Manager, Controller, and HR Manager.
Later, I was invited for the second-round interview, which was held virtually via Zoom with the Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
