It was an overall good interview experience with rebel foods (formally faasos).Interview process consisted of four round , the first round was conducted over call and basic questions were asked , second round was face to face interview which was scheduled in a couple of days at rebel office (Delhi) , post that third round was conducted over call in which questions related to the job role were asked, in fourth round Skype interview was scheduled with General manager -HR in which questions were asked about attrition control , employee engagement activity, statutory compliance and lastly salary negotiation was done and within a day I got a positive response. The process was conducted in smoothly and well organized way.
