I interviewed in late 2014.
Overall the interview was extremely easy and the company seemed rather cheap / poor working conditions (according to what I read online).
The process consisted of a phone screen and an in person interview. The in person interview was rather short for a tech role. They had a list of technical questions and I was able to go through and answer pretty much all of them. Then they asked me to write a fizzbuzz program on the whiteboard. This was on a Friday and I believe I received an offer on the next Monday. I had totally undervalued myself and gave them a low salary requirement.
They made me an offer in the middle of it and it was under $50,000. At the time I didn't realize that I was worth way more than that so I accepted the offer. They wanted me to start almost right away, but I delayed them as I wasn't comfortable with that. I talked to people and looked at glassdoor and was feeling like I made the wrong choice so I called them and declined the offer. Ended up receiving a much better offer from another company a week later.
