I applied online. I interviewed at Realityworks (Eau Claire, WI) in Feb 2020
Interview
It was easy to apply. The lady who called to set up my interview as also super nice. The interview is intimidating. They fill a room with people and then the questions begin. You can answer them all as politely and professionaly as possible. It won't matter at all. If they don't think you will fit into the group you won't be hired. They won't even call to say you are not getting the job. I had to call daily for a week before someone returned a call to tell me that I had not been selected. The environment feels hotile and very clicky. It broke my heart. I have wanted to work there for years.

Question 1
They asked me over 30 questions. Most personal and unrelated to the job.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Realityworks (Eau Claire, WI) in Sept 2019
Interview
4 interviews, Recruiter, Sales Manager, VP, Interview . I went through 4 interviews over the process of a month. The 4th one they fly me in. Great company and people but basically wasted a month throughout this process only to be told I wouldn't be offered the job. I would not waste people time taking 4 planes in 24 hours to tell them something you can do over a video chat. Completely inefficient and interview process needs streamlining. Said they would keep my application on file by why would anyone want to go through another 4 interviews. If you get an opportunity throughout the process I would recommend taking it like grandma always said a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush..
