Reality Based Group interview questions

I applied through craigslist and was called in by the HR person and ended up having an interview with the trainer. It was a great interview pretty casual comprehensive about my previous experience and abilities and it didn't feel like there was games being played they were just talking to me.

Application started online, then I was called in for an interview which lasted roughly 20 minutes. I followed up 3 days after and then another 3 days before receiving the job offer.
