Interview
The interview process was a bit unorganized & rushed. I felt like it was difficult to get feedback as well. I seemed to be a perfect fit for role & was told that as well but then never heard back.

Provide an example of a challenging client that you have worked with & how you made the relationship work.
1. Phone screening with Human Resources/Talent Acquisition, 2. Director (hiring manager) 3. VP (hiring managers boss), 4. GM of collaborating team, 5. Offer accepted 6. Started 2 weeks later. I need 30 words so I typed this.

Interview
Pre-interview screening was very professional and I enjoyed speaking with the HR representative. Interview consisted of a manager drawing pictures on camera and never looking up. I could see the picture drawing. Seemed rather unprofessional.
