I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RealPage in Apr 2024
Interview
I had a total of 5 interviews taking place over the course of just two weeks. I found the process to be efficient and appropriate to the role. The recruiter was open and communicative, and did a great job with follow-up and setting expectations. This is the only company I have ever interviewed with in which some of my post-interview thank you notes received a response. This tells me a lot about the culture and the people at RealPage.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at RealPage in Feb 2017
Interview
It was a lengthy process but all good since all the levels were passed, to ensure I was a right candidate for the role. I had to go back to the office for different key people who interviewed me in different methods.

Question 1
I was asked also about strategies deployed to solve specific operations performance issues. I had to go thru the details and drill down as the interviewers requested. It was initially challenging as I had to recall my actions but glad I was able to discuss this completely.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at RealPage in Jan 2024
Interview
This interview process was great and extremely dissapointing all at once. I had an initial call with the recruiter 1/15/24. Over the next 2 months I had 6 interviews with my final being on 3/5/24. The conversations were great, and while it was taking awhile the communication from the recruiter was great. On 3/6/24 I get an email saying "Good news is headed your way, just waiting on approvals". I follow up a couple times and get no information on the delay. On 4/4/24 I get a phone call from the recruiter stating that the company is going through a re-org and that will take 3-4 weeks. I then continue to follow up a couple more times and get no information, with the hiring manager not responding to my email at all. It has been almost 2 months since I have received any actual information. I have never been given an official "No" or anything. I don't hold anything against the recruiter or hiring manager. But I wanted to express my sincere disappintment in this process as it has been over 4 months with no answer. It is a disrespect to me and my time that I would not have seen coming from the people and company I had spent so much time talking to. I hope that the company can learn from this, and prevent these types of stalls and brick walls in the future. Feeling forgotten about after being teased as I was is not something that I want anyone to go through, especially in such a competitive market.
