Real Matters interview questions

Chetan, the HR rep reached out to me then quickly set up an interview with the QA Team Leads Max and Jerry. The interview was a balance between behavioural and technical questions. They were looking for key examples which they appreciated when I provided. My next step I am waiting on is the offer. I am pleased with the speed and professionalism of process so far. Thank you.

Process began with a phone screen, followed by quick and to the point interview with team managers (over Zoom due to pandemic), then a technical test. All parts pretty basic and easy in my opinion. Positive experience overall.
