HR replied to my application in a day, interviewed the week after with HR and QC Supervisor, waited for a few days, emailed for a follow up and got offered. Friendly and the questions are reasonable.

Simple. Straightforward. No stress and relaxed. I was interviewed and got a job offer within a week. I accepted and signed a contract. The interviewers were relaxed and straight to the point. it didnt really have that much to it. If they interview you, you are probably going to hire you.
