phone screen -> typing test & onsite HR BS & coding test exam (easy) -> onsite meet with CEO and other developers. Xencell is one of the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Avoid all at costs. From CEO to HR, they display zero professionalism. Not to mentioned the way below average salaray and compensation package. I am surprise how this company survived all these years. Not too many talented developers there when I met with thier senior and intermeidat developers.
