Woman called from an out of state number. No heads up was given to schedule the phone screening. Woman on the line seemed bothered or uninterested. Read standard scripted questions. No enthusiasm about the position and had a monotone voice. Did not explain anything about the job. Asked about 4 to 5 questions (very basic) and then ended the call.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reading Truck (Claremore, OK) in Jan 2022
Interview
EZ as pie 3.14. Not too hard of an interview, pretty basic and straight forward. You're told many things and led on very well, hats off to em for that.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reading Truck (Reading, PA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Simple interview process. It starts with a phone screen with HR and then on-site. Office area was clean and recently remodeled. Overall, a very comfortable interview process. However, they were working on restructuring during my interview process. I don’t believe believe they had it fully developed yet. The job description and position title changed numerous times during the interview process.
