I appreciate your feedback. We are always trying to improve our interview process. I do apologize that the 2nd Rd interview was conducted in a way that gave you the perception of "free labor". There is nothing "free" when it comes to ones labor and that's why we stress the importance of "Paid Training" and "Paid Internships.
We do ask of our applicants to observe how we engage with customers and market our clients products on a 2nd Rd interview. When working with our huge clients, our success is
determined by the ability to communicate, educate and provide the highest customer service to our customers through our vendor partners. Razor Management's goal is to allow the applicant to witness this process before proceeding further into the interview process.
I will re-evaluate our ability to communicate that through our corp. trainers.
