Primero prueba tecnica de sql (buen nivel) y despues entrevista para conocer la experiencia del candidato y su personalidad en general duro media hora pero fue buena la experiencia, recomendado

Interview
I had 3 interviews in total. All of them were conducted via phone. The first one was with an HR representative. They asked me to walk them through my CV. In addition, they asked if I knew how to use a couple of software packages. The interview was 30 minutes long. The second interview was with the owner of the position. All of the questions were behavioral.
The third interview was with the director of the vertical I was applying to.

- First step was to apply on Rappi website, they use Lever ATS so is good to optimize CV format for that. - First Interview was an initial screening with HR - Second Interview was with my future manager, a business role. - Third Interview was more technical with the BI Coordinator.
