It was one of the most involved processes I've ever gone through. They have 5 interviews, 2 assessments and 1 case study. Interview 1 - recruiter (30 min call, no video). Assessment 1 - timed aptitude test to be completed before interview with hiring manager. Interview 2 - hiring manager (30-45 mins). Assessment 2 - color test. Interviews 3 & 4 - separate calls with dotted line team members or direct team members (each 45mins). Case study - 2 different problems and required solution proposals. Interview 5 - Hiring manager and CMO; case study presentation.
