      Product Manager Interview

      1 Apr 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ranpak in Feb 2025

      Interview

My experience with the interview process was highly disappointing. The case study assignment was poorly defined and written grammatically, leaving me to make numerous assumptions. The interviewers' lack of engagement during my presentation was disrespectful. During my presentation, I specifically noticed that both the Marketing VP and the APAC Sales director were actively looking at their phones. I found the subsequent lack of communication, despite my follow-up, to be unprofessional. I sent a follow up email to the APAC HR contact, two weeks after the presentation, and received no response. This process demonstrates a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. after 3 rounds of interview. I would strongly advise potential candidates to consider these issues before proceeding with an application.
