I attended the National open house event and was given a short interview at one office and was told there was an immediate opportunity for my skills at another office in the area. I went to the other office, had an interview with the Branch Manager and then did a shadow with him for about 30-45 minutes. I was given the evaluation testing via the web the next day and subsequently scheduled for a phone interview with the VP. An hour before the interview with the VP, the interview was cancelled and was advised to be rescheduled. I followed back up for the next two weeks and told it was due to the VPs availability. Finally, I received an email saying final candidates were interviewing and if they fell through, I would be contacted. As a recruiter myself, I did not appreciate being strung along for 2 weeks when others were going through the process. Be honest with potential candidates, our time is valuable as well.
