I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Randstad US (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2011
Interview
Very thorough. The interviewer wanted to discuss the positions I held along with the industry where I gained experience. I was also asked the types of positions that I had filled in the past. This is an example,
1. Can you share the types of positions you have filled in the past?
2. What the difficulty level in identifying candidates for the roles you filled?
3. What industries have you recruited for?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Randstad US (Livonia, MI)
Interview
Informal - Phone call with recruiter, Met the manager and team for informal interview, then phone call with the manager’s boss. That was less of an interview, and more explaining the job, and his career path.

Question 1
How do you think a sales career will translate to recruiting?
It's fairly intensive. I don't think I realized it at the time the extent cause I was passively looking. A phone screen with an internal recruiter, calls with two higher ups, and then two- four in-person meetings.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad US (Oakland, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
Pretty Straightforward, described my background, my goals and how I could be an asset. Discussed previous experience and how that could be applicable to their day to day duties. Was familiar with Randstad and spoke from feedback I've received from previous coworkers who are now working there.
