I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Randstad (Hong Kong) in Dec 2014
Interview
Met with the team leader, then with associate director and also the general manager. Lastly with the team members. Now they have recruited a talent acquisition manager though. Approximately three to four rounds. An aptitude test was required as well.

It was actually a very pleasant and casual conversation rather than a formal interview.
There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
