First they start you off with a classic prescreen call just getting to know you and basically making sure you are interested, capable, and not a robot application. Next is an interview with two higher level people (could be a director and a manager).

The prescreen call was easy. The first question was a common Tell me about your background but some specific points related to interior jobs. The hiring manager told me next week we would be on touch, so I supposed that next week I'll receive the response. Almost 5 weeks later, I have not gotten any notice.
