Pretty disappointed with my interview process with Ramsey Solutions. So much so that I’m writing my first ever negative review on anything. I had heard great things about the culture when I first looked into the company. In the end they completely ghosted me. I’m completely fine not getting a job, but to disappear and not have the courtesy to say we’ve gone in a different direction is a huge disappointment. Especially after going through the lengthy interview process Ramsey puts you through. I followed up and showed appreciation for interviewing me, still nothing in return. It has been months. After looking more in-depth online it seems I’m not the only one this has happened to, and the culture may not be what it seems to be from the outside. I wish I had done my research sooner and saved my time. I respect Ramsey for what he stands for, and his passion to help others succeed financially, however this was by far the worst interview process I’ve ever had.
