Interview was pretty standard - recruiter screen, HM interview, presentation/case study, final interviews with leadership. I honestly enjoyed the process and conversations and saw a strong fit. After the final stage, I was sadly told they wouldn't be moving forward. I asked for feedback and they weren't able to give me anything aside from having a "very talented pool of candidates". I would typically understand that but this was after spending 5+ interviews with this team and a case study, not just after an initial couple of interviews. So it would have been nice to hear just a bit about what set those folks apart from what I brought to the table. Anyway, seems like a cool, fast-moving company with great benefits and a motivated team.
AI Interview. 3 questions. 2 minutes to answer. 1 retry allowed on each question. It was okay for screening, but I kept losing my train of thought because all I saw was myself on camera the entire time.
